Do you remember when old airplanes were started by turning the propeller and the one holding the propeller would holler contact while the person in the cockpit would holler contact? It was to retard the timing so the propeller wouldn’t kick back injuring the nice guy trying to help get the engine started?
I’m the guy standing in front trying to get the engine started. I do have feelings. So please retard the timing.
